• To maintain, enhance and broaden infrastructure, assets, resources and amenities of Hernando County and the Nature Coast Region
• To Support educational programs to raise educational standards, promote higher graduation rates, and promote technological and vocational programs in Hernando County and the Nature Coast Region
• To Promote and support sensible and fair government spending and reduce taxation  in Hernando County and the Nature Coast Region
• To encourage and support openness and transparency in governments in Hernando County and the Nature Coast Region
